Day 1

Welcoming ceremony at the Krakow airport.
Traditional Polish greeting with bread and salt accompanied by local Folk Band. Transfer to centrally located Sheraton Hotel*****. Check-in at the reception. Welcome drink on the terrace, which overlooks Wawel Hill - the Royal Castle, and the Wisła river.Gala Dinner at Sheraton's ballroom.
Polish cuisine with musical event presenting Polish folk music. The concert is performed by soloists of folk music and dance ensemble (Zespół Pieśni i Tańca Akademii Górniczo-Hutniczej "Krakus" im. Wiesława Białowąsa) that specializes in performances of original Polish folk art (including dances such as cracoviennes, mazurkas, kujawiaks and obereks) from different regions of Poland. Guests take part in dance learning activities led by folk showmen and integrate with each other. It is very good venue for the first day of incentive travel.Polsih Vodka Tasting in the evening on the club/restaurant in the Main Market,
Around 1 hour show led by vodka experts which involves:

• 4 different polish vodkas
• polish style of socializing
• traditional polish food like pickles and sausages which go with vodka
• learning a bit about history of vodka 
• learning some words in Polish language
• souvenir T-shirts for everybody with logos of our companies on the back side

Day2-Experience the cityWalking tour of OldTown

Starting from the hotel with fluently English speaking guides (1 per 10 participants as you suggested). It lasts around 3 hours. We start sightseeing from Wawel Royal Castle and finish at the Main Market.Golf car sightseeing of Jewish Quarter
Then we take our guests on a ride by special tourist golf cars with audio commentary in English during the ride and sightsee Kazimierz - famous Jewish Quarter. It takes around 1,5 hours and we finish in front of Wierzynek Restaurant - one of the best restaurants in Krakow and have a dinner break.Boat cruise on Vistula River
We go again by golf cars to the river harbour and take a trip by boat to Tyniec Abbey (12 km from Krakow) and return to Krakow after around 2 - 3 hours. During the cruise we serve some food (it may be barbecue) and some drinks.

AquaPark Entertainment
We take our group in the late afternoon to Krakow Aqua Park on the outskirts of the city. We hire whole complex for around 3 hours. Our entertainment program includes special water games and funny competitions led by local professional staff. There are 4 swimming pools, 9 water pipes, 3 saunas, solar machine and other facilities for exclusive use of our group.

Day 3 - Back in time experience

We go on a whole day trip to Ogrodzieniec Castle, located 70 km from Krakow. We sightsee marvelous ruins of great medieval castle, beautifully situated on a limestone hill. The great show of medieval polish knights is organized which lasts up to 5 hours. It involves demonstration of battles, tournaments, medieval lifestyle, music, clothes. During the day we have a dinner in medieval style with specially prepared dishes. After the dinner everybody takes part in many different activities and games like: arch shooting lessons, torture tools testing and many others. On our way back to Krakow we stop in Ojcow National Park for quick sightseeing of Pieskowa Skala Castle and take some pictures of fantastic rock formations.

Day 4 -    Adventure day

We go on a whole day trip to Pieniny Mountains National Park. On our way we stop for a while to see a picturesque castle in Niedzica and a beautiful lake of Czorsztyn. Before we start rafting adventure on the Dunajec River we stop for lunch in Szczawnica - small mountain resort to taste highlanders' cuisine. After lunch we have 2 options. Traditional way of rafting on Dunajec River with the "Flisak" - local guides on the wooden rafts or white water rafting. It is around 3 hours of rafting through the beautiful Dunajec River Gorge. When we finish we go to traditional highlander's cottage where our adventure will continue. On a way to cottage we will be assaulted by local gang and trapped. To be set free we will have to do what a local thugs ask. For example drink straight local extremely strong vodka or fight with the strongest thug or maybe prove our courage with letting him shave our muff with huge razor. A lot of fun. In the evening we go back to Krakow.

Day 5 - Day of Awards

After breakfast we take a trip to Wieliczka Salt Mine - world famous attraction and one of the oldest preserved salt mines in the world. It is located only 15 km from Krakow. We take a trip down to the salt mine - 135 m under the ground surface with the professional English speaking local guides. It is approx. 1,5 hour trip. During the trip guests meet the good ghost of the mine which gives everybody souvenir gifts. We also taste some salt straight from the mine. After the trip we are invited to one of biggest chambers called "Warszawa" where we have a formal gala dinner ceremony. This is very famous and unforgettable place for official ceremonies of all kind. This Salt Mine's chamber has welcomed great celebrities from all over the world like: President George Bush Senior, Prince and Princess Takamado (Japan), the Princess of Thailand, King of Malesia, Javier Solana - the NATO Secretary General, Alberto Fujimori - The President of Peru, Valdas Adamkus - the President of Lithuania, Ludmila Putin - the Wife to the President of the Russian Federation, the Polish Presidents Lech Wałęsa and Aleksander Kwaśniewski and the renowned violinist Nigel Kennedy. During this Gala will be a perfect moment for awards ceremony. We will be accompanied by a live classical music concert. That would be an opportunity to listen to music of renowned polish compositor Fryderyk Chopin. After the Gala we go to back to our hotel and later we organize transfer to the Krakow airport. We can also prepare a good bye ceremony.
