  • the Pier (Molo) – the most popular attraction of Sopot; the longest wooden pier at the Baltic Sea which is a symbol of the holiday-resort character of the city
  • the Curative Square – situated by the entrance to the wooden pier; here you will have a chance to taste the brine water; together with the pier and relics of the Curative House form the functional center of a city-resort
  • the Lighthouse – today it is a sign in the Polish maritime navigation system and an observation point from which you can admire the beautiful view over the pier and Sopot; it is necessary to climb up the curved stairs but the panorama at the top compensates the effort
  • the Monte Cassino street – the most famous promenade in Poland which is mainly known for its entertainment, the best restaurants, clubs, shops with souvenirs and handmade products; here you will also see the “Krzywy Domek”– a crooked little house which represents the style of bold modern architecture
  • the Sierakowski Manor House – a small manor built in the 18th century, one of the oldest monuments in Sopot; nowadays the seat of the Society of Friends of Sopot and most active center of cultural life in the city; despite some devastation in the post-war years, many original furnishings have been preserved inside
  • the Grand Hotel – built in the 1920’s in the Art Nouveau/Baroque style; a luxurious facility combining the expectations of a contemporary guest with references to almost a century of history; opening this hotel cost a fortune, it was supposed to be a place of rest for guests visiting the Sopot Casino; here stayed many famous people like Marlena Dietrich or Fidel Castro
