Krynica: Skiing & Snowboarding
Krynica is definitely one of the most beautiful towns in southern Poland and also a fantastic ski resort surrounded by Beskid Sadecki mountains. Usually skiing season starts in December and finishes in March. There are lots of big ski stations in Krynica and in very short distance from the resort so you can find any type of slope you want. Both beginners and advaced skiers/snowboarders should be satisfied if choosing the right spot during skiing holidays in Krynica.
We would be more than happy to give you recommendations and also organize ski transfers from your hotel/apartment to chosen ski station as well as arrange private English speaking instructors’ services etc.
We can also arrange comfortable private transportation from Krynica city centre to chosen ski station with private English speaking driver’s assistance who can also help with finding best equipment rental point, with buying ski passes and with everything else that is needed. Of course we can also arrange return transfer after skiing/snowboarding.
We especially recommend 3 major ski stations in the area of Krynica
Slotwiny Arena Ski Station
Located just a few kilometres from the centre of Krynica. Slotwiny is a modern complex with 10 km of ski slopes groomed twice a day, 2 modern, detachable chairlifts with wind shields, tape lift for the youngest, modern snowmaking system, snow park, restaurant and guest house. Especially recommended for intermediate and advanced skiers, however there is also a small gentle slope with mentioned tape lift where local ski school operates as well as English speaking instructors.

Jaworzyna Krynicka Ski Station
Located also just a few kilometres from the centre of Krynica is famous for having the gondola lift which is 2211 metres long. Beautiful views over the mountains are an additional attraction here. There are many interesting ski runs here that guarantee nobody will get bored at least during one day of skiing/snowboarding. It is a great ski complex but we rather recommend it to the skiers of at least intermediate level of skills.
