Poznan: Wakeboarding

While in Poznan, don’t forget to visit the most renowned local watersport centre – Maltanskie Lake. We can take you to a spot where you will be able to try a fabulous and exciting sport called wakeboarding. All set in a picturesque area where all local citizens come to relax and do water sports. On site, we have 2 tracks at the disposal of the guests, each 240 metres long and equipped with the Sesitec 2.0 system, ensuring the best experience possible.

Wakeboarding is a water sport discipline that involves riding over a water surface on a special board while being pulled by a dedicated lift. You may think of it as a combination of water skiing, snowboarding and surfing and it will be perfectly true, also the level of adrenaline and joy is quite similar.The wakeboards themselves are shorter in length than snowboards and slightly wider, allowing their users to stay afloat and do some tricks.

Wakeboarding is easy to learn and everyone can develop skills at their own pace. It’s a perfect activity for all fans of water activities especially during summer hot days. We welcome all those who wish to start their wakeboarding adventure, as well as the advanced wakeboarders who just want to master their skills and learn some new tricks.

BASIC OPTION – individual sessions

Activity program:

1. Pick up from your hotel in Poznan at chosen time
2. A drive of up to 15 minutes to the venue with a private vehicle and a private English speaking driver
3. Meeting with a local English speaking instructor.
4. Short introduction followed by 15 minutes of wakeboarding
5. Drive back to your hotel of up to 15 minutes after the event
6. Hotel drop off

Whole activity with transportation lasts approx. 1 hour

Our proposal for this activity includes:

• Private transportation to the venue and back
• Private English speaking driver’s service
• A short instruction by a qualified English-speaking instructor
• An individual 15-minutes session of wakeboarding (without instructor)
• Complete equipment (wetsuit, life jacket, helmet, wakeboard)

Prices:

• 450 PLN per person (1 person)
• 270 PLN per person (2 persons)
• 220 PLN per person (3 persons)
• 190 PLN per person (4 persons)

EXTENDED OPTION – private track with an instructor

Activity program:

4. Up to 1 hour of wakeboarding (total lift rental time for 1-4 persons)
5. Drive back to your hotel of up to 15 minutes after the event
6. Hotel drop off

• Private English speaking driver’s service
• A qualified English-speaking instructor
• Exclusive lift rental for 1 hour (max 4 persons per lift)
• Complete equipment (wetsuit, life jacket, helmet, wakeboard)

• 630 PLN total per group (1-2 persons)
• 680 PLN total per group (3-4 persons)

Important information:

• This activity is available between mid-May and the end of September
• You need to be sober to take part in this event
• The suggested minimum age of the participants is 10
• The price includes standard boards, if you are interested in more advanced wakeboarding it is possible to rent pro boards at additional 15 PLN per person
