Wroclaw: Skiing & Snowboarding

Skiing season in Poland runs from December to March and during this time there are usually good conditions to practice skiing and snowboarding in Polish mountains. Wroclaw is one of those cities in Poland which geographical location allows its citizens and visitors going for a one day excursions to ski resorts and enjoying winter sports.

If you will be staying in Wroclaw in winter time and want to go skiing or snowboarding, we would be very glad to help you. For a one day trip from Wroclaw, we definitely recommend you Zieleniec Ski Arena in Duszniki Zdroj – one of the best and the largest ski resorts in Poland which offers great conditions, beautiful views and also specific microclimate similar to the Alpine climate.

Zieleniec Ski Station is located 120 km south of Wroclaw (2h 15 min ride by car). You will find here a couple of T-bar lifts, 120 meters conveyor belt lift for kids and also some 4-seater and 6-seater comfortable chairlifts on few different ski slopes within the complex.

You can choose from 2 hour temporary pass to 4,5 hours up to 7 hours full day pass. You can also use the ski and snowboard equipment rental point, where both complete sets of equipment and individual elements are available. Equipment rental does not require to be booked in advance as well as ski passes, that is why we do not include them in our price offer. You can decide on your own at the spot which options you choose.
