Grand Tour of Poland (12 days)

We dedicate this comprehensive tour to those who have a lot of time and want to explore our country deeply. During our Grand Tour you will visit all major cities in Poland and see most of the highlights. Here is our proposal for itinerary which covers most interesting sites of the country:

Day 1 – Transfer from Wroclaw Airport to hotel in Wroclaw

We provide private transfer from Wroclaw Airport to hotel in Wroclaw by private bus. Our local English speaking representative would be waiting for the group at the airport with a small board with the name of the group.

Day 2 – Tour of Wroclaw + Excursion to Ksiaz & Swidnica

After breakfast we will start a guided city tour of Wroclaw according to the same program as on our website: Wroclaw City Tour but we will also add visit to Panorama Raclawicka to see one of the biggest panoramic paintings in the world. After sightseeing we will have a lunch break in Wroclaw.
In the early afternoon we will go for a tour to Ksiaz Castle and also on the way we will visit famous Church of Peace in Swidnica. In the evening we will come back to Wroclaw.

Day 3 – Transfer from Wroclaw to Krakow with sightseeing Auschwitz on the way

We will leave Wroclaw in the morning and go towards Krakow. On the way we will stop in Auschwitz and have a guided tour of both concentration camps: Auschwitz & Birkenau. Sightseeing inside the camps lasts approx 3,5 hours. After the tour we will have a lunch break and after lunch we will continue our ride to Krakow. We will arrive in Krakow in the late afternoon.

Day 4 – Krakow City Tour

We suggest spending this day fully for sightseeing highlights of Krakow. We could focus on Old Town area with Main Market Square, St Mary’s Church, Wawel Castle and other attractions. We will also visit Kazimierz – former Jewish district of Krakow, area of Krakow Ghetto, Podgorze, Blonia meadows and have a guided tour of Oskar Schindler’s Factory. During the day we will have lunch in one of the restaurants in the centre. We will have a private bus and private guide at the disposal for the whole day.

Day 5 – Excursion to Wieliczka Salt Mine

We will start the day with guided tour to famous Wieliczka Salt Mine. Whole tour lasts approx 4 hours including 2,5 hours of sightseeing inside the mine, so we will have lunch after coming back to Krakow.
In the afternoon we suggest having free time.

Day 6 – Full day excursion to Pieniny National Park (Dunajec River Rafting) and Zakopane

After breakfast in the early morning, we will go for a full day excursion to Polish Mountains. We will start with the visit in Pieniny National Park where you will experience a great tourist attraction which is traditional rafting on wooden rafts on Dunajec River. You will admire beautiful Canyon of Dunajec River and local highlanders’ culture. We will finish rafting in small town of Szczawnica where you will have lunch.
From Szczawnica we will drive to Zakopane – most famous mountain resort in Poland, situated in Tatra Mountains. We will walk around the centre of Zakopane and see most interesting sites of the town. Main attraction during our stay in Zakopane will be funicular ride up to Gubalowka Mountain from which you can admire beautiful panoramic view over Tatra Mountains. On our way back to Krakow you will have an opportunity to see unique, 19th century wooden houses in Chocholow.

Day 7 – Krakow -> Ojcow National Park -> Ogrodzieniec -> Czestochowa (Pauline Monastery) -> Warsaw


We will leave Krakow in the morning and arrive Warsaw in the evening but we will not take the shortest way but the most interesting one to see as much as possible during the day. We will start with a short stop in Ojcow National Park – just 25 km from Krakow. You will an opportunity to take a photo of fantastic rock formation – Club of Hercules and Pieskowa Skala Castle nearby: Ojcow National Park Tour From there we will follow so-called Eagle Nests’ Route towards Czestochowa and stop one more time on the way in Ogrodzieniec to admire magnificent ruins of huge medieval castle. We will have a short guided tour of the castle here. After sightseeing we will go to Czestochowa and start with having lunch there.
After the lunch we will have a guided tour of world famous Pauline Monastery of Jasna Gora with local monk guide. Sightseeing lasts approx 1,5 hour and after it we will go straight to hotel in Warsaw.

Day 8 – Warsaw City Tour

We will dedicate whole day to sightseeing of capital city of Poland. During the tour you will see all places listed in our program of half day city tour: Warsaw City Tour plus you would have a lunch break and some free time. We also suggest to include in the program one of the museums – Museum of Warsaw Uprising – very modern museum which gets very good ratings amongst foreign visitors. You will have a service of private guide and bus for a whole day.

Day 9 – Transfer from Warsaw to Gdansk with sightseeing Torun on the way

After breakfast we leave hotel in Warsaw and go towards Gdansk through Torun where we make a stop for sightseeing and lunch. We will discover Torun with local city guide – sightseeing would last approx 3 hours and will include all highlights like: Market Square, Town Hall, Church of Virgin Mary, ruins of the Castle from the outside, Crooked Tower and more. After lunch and a bit of free time we will continue our ride to Warsaw. We will arrive in the hotel in the early evening.

Day 10 – Gdansk City Tour + Excursion to Malbork Castle

After breakfast we will start guided city tour of Gdansk – one of the most beautiful cities in Poland. Suggested program of sightseeing would be exactly the same as on our website: Gdansk City Tour After the tour we will have lunch in Gdansk and then go to Malbork to visit famous Teutonic Castle. Sightseeing inside the castle lasts up to 3 hours, whole excursion from Gdansk up to 6 hours. We will come back to Gdansk in the evening.

Day 11 – Full day excursion to Sopot + Slowinski National Park + Kluki

After breakfast in the early morning, we will go for a full day excursion to Slowinski National Park renowned for its large, shifting sand dunes, situated right by the Baltic Sea. On our way we suggest making short stop in Sopot – most fancy sea resort in Poland, right next to Gdansk within TriCity area. We will have a short guided tour of the resort which would include walk along major street to see masterpiece of modern architecture – so-called Crooked House and also longest wooden pier in Europe. Another attraction during the tour will be visit in small village of Kluki where we will visit open-air museum of ancient Slovincian culture. Finally we will admire beautiful Slowinski National Park and we will use a popular local mean of transport – electric cars which would be additional attraction and also will let us save more energy for the day. During the day we will have a lunch break and in the evening come back to Gdansk.

Day 12 – Transfer from hotel in Gdansk to Gdansk Airport

At appropriate time our driver will pick the group up from their hotel and take straight to the Gdansk airport for a flight back home.
