Zakopane: Chocholowska Valley Tour

The Chocholowska Valley is the largest and longest valley in the Polish part of the Tatra Mountains. In the lower part of the valley, rocks were formed by the flowing water, but upper part was created by a glacier and today is covered with spruce forest and is the most beautiful in spring, when the crocuses bloom. The view of these flowers attract many tourists every year. In the past, the Chocholowska Valley was the largest pastoral center in the region – both sheep and cattle were grazed here. It is an ideal place for gentle walks with children or the elderly, and at the same time a great point to go to the upper parts of the Western Tatras. If you do not want to hike in the high mountains but would like to cherish nature and peace, this tour will be a very good option for you.
