Katowice Parachute Jumping

Meet our professional English-sepaking instructors who will take you for a tandem jump from as high as 4000 metres above the ground! You will jump from a sports plane that can take up to 5 pairs of tandem jumpers during one ascend. Reaching this height will allow you to have approximately 1 minute of freefall followed by up to 8 minutes of an open-parachute flying. All this can be filmed so that you can have a memorable token of your achievement. Sounds exciting, doesn’t it?

We offer full packages including private transportation with private English-speaking drivers and professional service with necessary equipment rental. Activity program:

1. Pick up from your hotel in Katowice at chosen time
2. A drive of approx. 30 minutes to the venue with a private vehicle and a private English speaking driver
3. Meeting with a local English speaking instructor.
4. Registration and a theoretical-practical introduction.
5. Boarding of the plane and departure.
6. Ascending until reaching around 4000 m above sea level (approx.  15 minutes)
7. The tandem jump with our instructor followed by 60 seconds of freefall ended with parachute opening and another 8 minutes of falling with opened parachute
8. Certificate handing.
9. Drive back to Katowice of approx. 30 minutes after the event
10. Your hotel drop off in Katowice

Whole activity with transportation lasts approx. 4 hours

Important information:

• This activity is available on Saturdays and Sundays from mid-April until the end of October
• You need to be sober to take part in this event
• The minimum age of participants is 18
• The maximum weight of a participant can be 110 kg
• The contraindications for this activity are eg. heart conditions, epilepsy, pregnancy
• There can be max 5 participants boarding one plane for the tandem jump
• It is also possible to book photos and a film taken by a parachute cameraman at the additional fee: 350 PLN per person
