Gdansk: Sightseeing on a SUP board

We offer you a uniquely original way of exploring our wonderful city. This form of sightseeing cannot be chosen in any other city in Poland, and probably hardly anywhere else in Europe. Let’s explore Gdansk from the river side on a SUP board with a private English speaking guide and instructor! Don’t worry if you’ve never tried this activity before. Our guide will quickly show you the technique, especially that we can start the tour at the calm water of Motlawa River where it will be easy to start and learn how to control the board and the paddle.

It is a private tour so we can adjust the time and program to your needs and expectations but even the version of up to 2,5 hours will allow you to:

  • paddle towards the Stone Sluice – an impressive 17th century hydrotechnical monument from the 17th
    century
  • see the former moat surrounding the entire city (Motlawa Overflow)
  • see the remains of the former Nizinna Gate Railway Station
  • paddle around the Granary Island (former warehouse district of the port) and admire its modern
    architecture
  • paddle under the Green Bridge and the Holy Spirit Footbridge
  • admire beautiful towers of gothic churches in the centre of Gdansk
  • pass by the Museum Ship Soldek – a unique monument of naval technology
  • paddle very close to the yachts in marina
