  • The Cathedral Basilica of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary and St. Andrew in Frombork, built from 1329-1388. This Roman Catholic church is recognized as one of Poland’s national Historic Monuments, where Nicolaus Copernicus served as a canon.
  • The Nicolaus Copernicus Museum, located in the former Bishop’s Palace on the southeastern side of Cathedral Hill, is a Gothic-Baroque structure that houses the museum’s main exhibits, featuring Frombork’s stained glass, the life and achievements of Nicolaus Copernicus, and the role of astronomy in navigation and geodesy, among others.
  • The Copernicus Tower, likely the earliest fortification component, was owned by Copernicus from 1504 to 1543.
  • The Belfry, also known as Radziejowski’s Tower, is the highest structure on Cathedral Hill. It houses a planetarium with Foucault’s pendulum and an observation deck.
  • The Southern Gate, a 14th-century segment of the site’s fortifications.
