Krakow: Trip for skiing in Zakopane

Are you one of those people which wait for winter and snow all year to be able to go skiing or snowboarding? If you would like to spend your free time in a active way during your stay in Krakow and ski in a new place where you haven’t had the chance yet, then we can take to the „winter capital” of our beautiful Tatra Mountains – Zakopane. It is located 100 km from Krakow and it is a popular destination especially for lovers of winter sports and mountain hiking.
Each year thousands of tourists from Poland and abroad come here to the most known ski resorts in the country considering that the best snow conditions last quite long during the year – between January and April. Zakopane offers a wide variety of routes for everyone – for those who have just started their adventure with skiing or snowboarding with professional experienced instructors and for those who already have skiing in their blood. The infrastructure for doing these sports is on a very high level in the whole region. While being here, you will also have the chance to admire the stunning view of the highest mountains in Poland.

We will take you to Polana Szymoszkowa which has a gentle piste and it is recommended for beginners, intermediate skiers but it is also a good choice for the experienced ones.

It is possible to rent needed equipment and clothes.

In order to go ahead with the booking, we need to know what level are you skills, how long you would like to ski, if with an instructor or not and if it is necessary to rent clothes (a warm jacket, pants, gloves, gogles, a helmet, etc.) besides the needed equipment. We offer ski lessons with English-speaking instructors.

*In the high season (especially during the Christmas holidays and New Years Eve) when the availability is limited, we can alternatively offer to take you to Bialka Tatrzanska which is closer to Krakow than Zakopane.
