Tour Itinerary:

  1. pick up from your hotel in Wroclaw at chosen time
  2. approx 3 hours and 45 min drive from Wroclaw to the Wieliczka Salt Mine by private car/van and with our English speaking driver
  3. visiting the Salt Mine for up to 2,5 hours along the standard tourist path with a professional local guide in chosen language; during this guided group tour you will see:
  • the famous Chapel of St Kinga with stunning salt reliefs carved by the miners in the walls and huge crystal chandeliers
  • beautiful chambers with the traces of former exploitation of the salt
  • salt lakes,
  • collection of wooden mining machines and equipment,
  • underground buildings

5. up to 45 min drive from Wieliczka Salt Mine to Krakow city centre

  • Slowacki Theatre – one of the most beautiful and representative monuments in the city

  • Wawel Royal Castle with the Cathedral – a significant monument due to its historical value, beautifully situated at the Wawel Hill by the Vistula River
