Part 1 – Pierogi Making Workshop (approx 1 hour)

To kick off the experience, we’ll greet you with a traditional Polish cherry liqueur, setting the stage for a delightful culinary journey. As the workshop begins, you’ll have the opportunity to taste three types of dumplings, each filled with savory and mouthwatering ingredients like meat, cabbage, and mushrooms.

Our expert instructors will guide you through the entire pierogi-making process, from rolling out the dough to expertly stuffing and shaping these iconic dumplings. You’ll learn various techniques and gain valuable insights into the art of pierogi-making.

Part 2 – Dinner (Approx 1,5 hour)

After the workshop and feasting on your homemade creations, the culinary adventure continues with a traditional Polish dinner. Indulge in a main course featuring succulent roasted pork neck marinated in marjoram and grilled chicken fillet. Savor the flavors of baked pork loin, Krakow-style baked potato, fried cabbage, and pickled cucumber. For a sweet ending, delight in a traditional Polish apple pie served warm with a scoop of ice cream.
